Effective date: 11/06/2026
These terms apply to repandstretch.com, operated by Raymond Sison Technical Services LLC under the Rep & Stretch brand. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.
Shopping information
Prices are in US dollars. Each listing describes the item or selected configuration being offered; props and other equipment shown in a photograph are excluded unless the listing says they are included. Screens and lighting can affect color. Garment labels are product-specific and should be checked against the measurements provided.
Orders & pricing
You must be at least 18 or have the involvement of a parent or guardian to purchase. Provide accurate contact and address information and keep account credentials private. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order rather than a guarantee of acceptance. We may correct an error, decline an order or cancel an item that cannot be supplied, with any amount collected for the canceled item refunded. We will communicate a material price or product correction before asking you to proceed.
Any applicable tax and shipping charges appear at checkout. Available items and prices can change before an order is accepted. We do not apply a false comparison price to suggest a discount.
Delivery & returns
Our delivery area is the contiguous 48 states. Processing takes 1–3 business days; transit takes 3–7 days after processing. Standard shipping is $6.99 for merchandise below $59, and free at $59 or more. See the Shipping Policy for complete details.
Return requests can be made within 30 days after delivery. Read the Refund Policy for condition requirements, return postage responsibility, the return address and refund steps.
Use of training products
Choose products appropriate to your experience and available space. Follow the instructions supplied with equipment, check components before use and assemble products as directed. Do not infer a load limit, medical benefit or injury-prevention claim from an image or general description. Our product information is shopping guidance, not individual exercise or medical advice.
Store content & responsible access
Brand graphics and original store copy may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Do not interfere with store security, submit false information or misuse contact and account services. Links to external resources, if present, are provided for convenience and do not transfer our responsibility for your store order.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law gives you. Where a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply. Changes to these terms take effect for future use and orders after the date shown above.
