Where we deliver
Our delivery area covers the contiguous 48 United States. Addresses in Alaska or Hawaii, US territories, military destinations and locations outside the United States are outside our service area. Use a complete street address with an accurate state and ZIP code at checkout.
Two parts of the timeline
- Processing: 1–3 business days. We prepare orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Transit: 3–7 days. This is the shipping journey after processing is complete.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier interruptions and address corrections can affect delivery. Tracking details are provided when available. A multi-item order may arrive in separate packages; the order’s shipping charge does not increase because of separate parcels.

The threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after any discounts, before tax. Any applicable sales tax appears separately at checkout.
Address changes & delivery questions
Check your street address, apartment number and ZIP before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly; an address may no longer be changeable once the parcel is on its way. For a missing, damaged or delayed parcel, email your order number and the relevant delivery details so we can review it with you.
If we learn that an order cannot leave within the stated processing period, we will explain the delay and offer the option to cancel for a refund rather than assume you accept a new schedule.
